HG GN-000 O Gundam Completed! =D

Halo pple.. Ren here. im back to post more of my back log gundams that had been completed these past months. heh. this time i'm gonna post the HG O Gundam! i got this kit last year when i was in Tokyo, Akihabara.. it cost only 400yen! and tt's like SG$6 ?!?!?! BUY!!!! another reason i got it was becos of its GN particle effect wings.. as you can see from above pic.. very nice addition to a kit!  its also the father of all gundams in the 00 series.. (que Darth Vader's 'wa si lin lao peh.....')


i made this kit while doing the MG Unicorn build to distract myself abit. Cos applying the decals for Unicorn was very stressful for me.. whether both side matches or not.. the angles correct.. etc etc.. so decided to do a simple build.. jus straight build, paint those parts that's not accurate.. and voila! matt topcoat finish.. no stickies were used in this kit. =)

This kit is quite easy to build.. but there's a few places where its hard to paint on.. i.e the pale yellow on the waist armor used to be dark grey.. makes painting light colours extremely hard. Overall, this kit is nice to play with, making dynamic poses is a breeze, due to its excellent articulations. Although sometimes the side skirt armors pops out while doing poses, you can jus snap it back, not a big problem. maybe next time when i get better with modding, i take this guy out to add some simple panel line.. =D thanks for reading!
