Hello people.. Live blog from some delinquent who skipped lunch time and  ate some snakes from work.. All for this. Thousand sunny island and guntank. Took train, quick steps to Ngee ann city basement 2.. Shhhhh. Don't tell my boss.. Lol.

sweeping off the dust on gunplas and more.. and.. gave in to temptation.

*stomp stomp*

And leaves a print on the thick layer of grim & dirt on Ren’s table.. sigh.. looks like there’s still lots of hardwork to be needed to clean up Ren’s place..

In the midst of all the cleaning and dusting, Ren decided to take a break off and we had a slow stroll along Orchard Road few days back. It’s the GSS now, so there’s quite a fair of good deals to catch. But the ONLY ONE that caught Ren’s attention was Toys R Us sales, pick up a Mega size Zaku at S$99.95 and promotion ends 27 June 2011.

I love this anime. It is a very personal thing as it tugged my heart strings whenever i watch and re-watch..

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first but was hooked to the anime by the 2nd episode, glued to the screen as the whole story unravels.

I like all the characters in the anime but exceptional for both Taiga and Ryuji (for my personal reasons). vv('o')vv

So when I started collecting Nendoroids, what is the first thought that came to my mind?

I NEED to have a Taiga Nendoroid, and a Ryuji Nendoroid too!

After researching, to my disappointment, nopes! There aren’t no nendoroids for Toradora.

But there is a Nendoroid Petite of Taiga in her super cute bunned up hair!!

And I got all hyped up, and to my disappointment again, it comes as a gift for ToraDora! game for the PSP and by the time I entered the world of nendoroids, it was long after this free-gift event in mid of Yr 2009.

So I told myself, “Okay, face it, Tako. You can’t own everything you wanted. There is always some regrets when it comes to being a collector..”

And I was fine up till.. ONE DAY!

I miss LunchTime Posts~~

Hello People! Tako's back! 

I miss the excitment of preparing for lunchtime posts!

So I have decided to kidnap nendoroids and smuggle them into my office to do some lunchtime posting. Love it! The fun of changing the faces and poses under the table. Snapping photos in a "hush-hush" manner and the very ugly background. Hah, it is great fun! Now, I have to apologise for using a brown envelope as the base as i am practically running out of white clean nice paper, every one of it is filled with my scribbles..

I brought Kyouka to my workplace to show her around.

Kyouka: Tako, you are doing the right thing in choosing me to accompany you.

I am so adorable, right?!

0Hi people! I know! Both Ren and I seemed to have disappeared for a little while. And it's because of me - falling sick. Really quite sick that I was stuck in bed for a while. Ren spent all his time worrying for me too.

 So was I sick from all the rush and stress?

I guess so!

I just fell sick and got glued to my bed.

So somehow.. This little blog got a little neglected with a thin layer of dust.

*ding dong* We received a package today and it helped to heal our hearts!

Hello everybody!!!

How many Nendoroids do you have now? And well, how many of them are girls?

Ask me! We have an army of Nendoroids and NONE of them is a boy. Except for three robots - tachikoma. So Ren feels so neglected. Because we are always fussing over our girls but no boys. Something like how a dad may want to have a little boy to play with while mom wants to have a little girl to dress up.

With this in mind, we set out to look for some boy-Nendoroid. We have limited choices but somehow Ren has set his eyes on a pair of Nendoroids and he had been trying to brainwash me subtly.

Ren: "Tako, you love cats right. You know that this xxx Nendoroid set has a black cat. It's quite adorable.."

Tako: "huh? Do you mean that you want to spend $$$ just to get the cat?"

A moment of silence and the conversation ended..

So Ren wasn't successful until recently. He got the chance to show me the actual thing. At AFAX, there was a stall selling them and I encouraged Ren to get it. BUT we didn't manage to get them at AFAX, they got snapped up.

But miraculously somehow someday some-way, I saw these two boxes laying in Ren's wardrobe!

Ren never fails to surprise me with his hunts. If he was living in edo-days, I guess he would fit the bill of a ninja *poof* and I would be some clueless towngirl living a clueless life. Hah!
